The lower level is unfinished and locked for safety. The home is not child-proof (steep lot), so please be aware if you choose to bring young children, please do so at your own risk and ensure they are closely supervised at all times. PETS/ANIMALS - Please NO PETS or ANIMAL. We have severe allergies in our family. $500 FEE WILL BE CHARGED IF ANY PETS OR ANIMALS ARE BROUGHT! Other Details to Note
The road to the house is mostly paved, with a small section of gravel leading directly to the home. The drive up is steep (great views come with a bit of a climb!), but it is manageable with most cars. The road is also one lane, so drive slowly up and down the hill. NO PETS or ANIMALS- We have severe family allergies. $500 fee will be charged if pets are brought.
